Board-level employee representation (codetermination) is a successful model: for society, companies and employees. The DGB and its member trade unions call on the European institutions and the German government to take up reflections on a framework directive on information, consultation and board-level employee representation in the political debate and to close the loopholes that make it possible to avoid them.
