This Concept Paper specifies the approach of the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) "Good Work by Design" (2019). It is about the design of change processes in the context of AI use. The focus is on implementation and it’s framework conditions. The DGB-Concept Paper provides a framework for trade union, political and company discussions.
