Klar ist: Die sozial-ökologische Transformation ist eine gesamtgesellschaftliche Aufgabe. Auf der LABOR.A® treten Gewerkschaften, Politik, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft in den Austausch dazu, wie sie gelingen kann und was an welchen Orten bereits in vollem Gange ist.

Auch in diesem Jahr gibt es spannende Diskussionen und Einblicke in die Praxis. In 6 Panels geht es um aktuelle gesellschaftliche Debatten – von möglichen Zielkonflikten zwischen Guter Arbeit und Klimaschutz bis zur 4-Tage-Woche und Künstlicher Intelligenz, von globalen Rahmenbedingungen bis zu regionalen Gestaltungsräumen. In 19 Sessions zeigen Partner*innen aus Gewerkschaften, Politik und Zivilgesellschaft ihre Arbeit an konkreten Fragestellungen. Wer gestaltet mit? Welche Ressourcen braucht es für eine gelingende sozial-ökologische Transformation? Wann muss reguliert werden? Und natürlich: Warum das alles?

Die LABOR.A® findet hybrid statt. Das heißt: Eine Teilnahme ist – nach Anmeldung – sowohl vor Ort im Cafe Moskau (Berlin) möglich als auch online unter www.labora.digital.

LABOR.A® 2023: How can we shape the "future of work"?

The socio-ecological transformation challenges all sectors of society. LABOR.A® brings together participants from unions, politics, academia, and civil society to discuss what is already happening – and what is needed to turn this transformation into a success story.

In 6 panels curated by the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung, we will explore current debates in society including potential difficulties in securing quality jobs and protecting the climate, the 4-day workweek and artificial intelligence, and global frameworks and regional solutions. In 19 sessions, our partners from unions, politics, and civil society will discuss their work on practical issues. Who is involved in decision-making? What resources are needed for a successful socio-ecological transformation? When is regulation necessary? Where is transformation actually taking place? And of course: why are we doing all of this?

This year 8 sessions and panels will be held in English or translated to English.

LABOR.A® will be taking place as a hybrid event. This means that participation – after registration – is possible on site at Cafe Moskau (Berlin) or online at www.labora.digital.
